How I came to this work

This is not something I learned. It’s something I had to build.

My path wasn’t linear. I’ve lived in different countries, moved through different environments, studied different fields, and spent years in dynamics that were far from stable or healthy. From the outside, it may have looked inconsistent. From the inside, it was overwhelming.

For a long time, I thought insight would fix it. I understood my patterns. I could explain my reactions, my relationships, my choices. I’ve experienced what it’s like to understand everything — and still not be able to hold myself together when it mattered.

So I shifted my focus away from understanding and toward capacity. The ability to stay present under pressure. To not shut down, not spiral, not override myself. To think clearly and respond deliberately.

That changed everything. Not my past. Not life becoming easier. But how I moved through it.

That’s the work I do now. We work together to help you handle life as it is — with its ups and downs — without getting overwhelmed or shutting down. Through structured conversations and reflective feedback, you begin to see your patterns clearly, understand your reactions, and build the capacity to stay steady, think clearly, and move toward the life you actually want.
